He is an expert in business operations and litigation, at all levels in both state and federal court. He spent the last 28 years practicing law in Dallas, TX before moving to Comanche County, Texas where he lives on his ranch. When you need your business protected, he is who you want in your corner. Don's formal education includes the following degrees: MBA in Finance, Univ. of Texas, a MS in Accounting, Univ. of Texas, and Petro. Eng., Math and Chem, (Univ. of Texas, Texas Tech). He also sits on the Board of non-profit organizations such as Disciples of the Way (DOW) and Earth X - Earth Conservation. He is a retired CPA who has testified as an expert in both state and federal court in economics, tax, business evaluations, and forensic accounting.
